Features
Everything your domain needs to send and receive mail
Email on your own domain
Attach a domain you already own and we walk you through every DNS record, step by step. Your website keeps its own A/AAAA records - mail only needs MX.
DKIM, SPF and DMARC built in
Every mail server gets its own 2048-bit DKIM key, with the matching SPF and DMARC records generated for you to publish.
Automated DNS checks
We verify domain ownership, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and tell you exactly which record to fix when a check fails.
Real sending and receiving
Outgoing mail is DKIM-signed and delivered straight to the recipient's mail server, with automatic retries. Incoming mail lands on our MX.
Spam protection and filters
Every message is scored for spam, and per-inbox filter rules can file, mark read or forward mail as it arrives.
Shared team inboxes
Give a colleague read-only or manager access to a single inbox, assign conversations and leave internal notes.
Developer API and webhooks
On Pro: read and send mail over a REST API with TypeScript, Python and Go SDKs, and get signed webhooks for new mail.
Privacy by design
Operated from the EU under the GDPR. No tracking cookies, two-factor sign-in, and self-service data export and account deletion.

FAQ
Questions about email hosting with AnyMail
Can I use AnyMail with a domain I already own?
Yes. You attach your existing domain to a mail server and publish the DNS records AnyMail shows you at your DNS provider. A unique TXT record proves you control the domain before any mail is accepted for it.
Which DNS records do I need to publish?
An MX record pointing at our mail server, an SPF record, the DKIM public key generated for your mail server, a DMARC policy (p=quarantine or p=reject) and the ownership TXT record. AnyMail checks each one and reports which still needs fixing.
Will setting up email break my website?
No. AnyMail does not need your domain's A or AAAA records, so a website hosted on the same domain keeps working exactly as before.
How much does AnyMail cost?
Starter costs $1.99 per month and includes 1 mail server with up to 10 inboxes and 5 GB of mail storage. Subdomain costs $3.99 per month and gives you an address on yourname.fromanymail.tech with up to 10 inboxes, 5 GB of storage and the Developer API - no domain needed. Pro costs $9.99 per month and includes 6 mail servers with up to 50 inboxes each, 25 GB of mail storage, plus the Developer API and webhooks. The Business plan costs $14.99 per month plus the yearly price of your domain, which we register in your name and set up for you, with 25 GB of storage - request an offer after signing in. Storage counts message text and attachments across all your inboxes; mail is kept until you delete it.
Can I use Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail or my phone?
Yes. Each inbox can have app passwords that work for both reading and sending: IMAP over TLS (port 993) to read your mail, and authenticated SMTP submission (STARTTLS on port 587) to send it. The AnyMail web app is always available too, and you can install it as an app on desktop and mobile. POP3 is not offered.
How does AnyMail handle privacy and the GDPR?
AnyMail is operated from Poland under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. It sets only strictly necessary cookies, keeps personal data out of logs where it can, and lets you export your data or delete your account yourself. Details are in the privacy policy.
